Fees & Registration

The conference registration fee includes access to all general lectures, presentations, entry to exhibit area, 2 luncheons and refreshment breaks.


For IAT members and students: 

Group Rate: US$525 per person. Registration for 4 or more members/students is required. Payment for all group members must be made in one single transaction (i.e. group of 4 is $2,100, group of 6 is $3,150, group of 10 is $5,250, etc). Each member of the group must submit a registration form. Expires January 31, 2019.

Early Bird Rate: US$550. Payment must be made in full. Expires January 31, 2019.

General Rate: US$625. Payment can be made in full or in two installments of $312.50 each (deposit due February 15, 2019; final payment due April 30, 2019).


For non-IAT members: 

Early Bird Rate: US$650. Payment must be made in full. Expires January 31, 2019.

General Rate: US$725. Payment can be made in full or in two installments of $362.50 each (deposit due February 15, 2019; final payment due April 30, 2019).


Refund/Transfer Policy:

Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the Conference Director, Sue Erickson, at dsalinger@ozemail.com.au no later than March 31, 2019. Approved refunds may take up to 3 weeks to be processed. No refund requests will be accepted after March 31, 2019. Requests to transfer your event registration to another person must be submitted in writing to the Conference Director, Sue Erickson, at dsalinger@ozemail.com.au no later than April 30, 2019.


Force Majeure:

In the event that IAT should find it necessary to cancel or postpone the 2019 IAT World Trichology Conference for any reason, including but not limited to low registration, strikes, acts of nature, war, terrorist acts or other circumstances beyond IAT’S control, then IAT’S liability shall be limited to refund of paid registration fees only.
